Its actually works but if you try to do it with a helmet like i did when your character takes it off just go to accessories then helmets and put witch ever one you want on that save it any ways glad it works

I have a theory, see before you upgraded your engine level to level 2 your truck was capable of performing very well offroad and climbing the hills very good as well but as soon as you upgraded your engine level, your truck started to do worse at climbing the hills. Next offroad manhunt or whenever, try that out
